The today’s temple was built above the ruins of an antique church from 1898. The massive architecture, styled in the interior and the biggest church consists of 3 thrones in the name of Paisiy Hilendarski and of Saint Sofroniy Vrachanski, helped for choosing the church as a temple cathedral of the city Vratsa.
The interior impresses by wood particles, the arch throne and the crucifix of Jesus Christ, the stars from Bethlehem and others.
With the dimension and its internal aspect, as well as with the Christian patronage and the native saints, the temple offers an impressive service and for the holidays the people pass under the sign of the Orthodox Church for the re-birth of the Bulgarian spirit.
